Last updated: 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how ottoBrand ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information.
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, business/website details, and account credentials. When you subscribe to a paid plan we collect billing information required to process payment. We also collect usage data — pages visited, features used, SEO scan results, and content generated — to operate and improve the service.
All payments are processed securely by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank credentials on our servers — these are handled directly by Razorpay in a PCI-DSS compliant environment. We only retain a payment reference/transaction ID and your plan/billing status.
Your data powers ottoBrand's automation — running SEO scans, generating and publishing content, posting to social media, and managing your Google Business Profile — and lets us provide support, process payments, and send service and billing notifications. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected at rest. Passwords are hashed and API keys are stored encrypted. We host on secure servers with regular backups and restrict access on a need-to-know basis.
To deliver the service we integrate with WordPress/Shopify, Google (Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile), social platforms, AI providers (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic), and the Razorpay payment gateway. Each integration accesses only the data you explicitly authorize.
When you connect a Google account, ottoBrand requests only the permissions needed for the features you choose to use:
ottoBrand accesses this data only for the Google account you connect, and only to provide the user-facing features above. ottoBrand’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we do not use Google user data for advertising; we do not sell it; we do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models; and we do not transfer it to others except as necessary to provide or improve these features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with equivalent protections. Humans do not read your Google data except with your explicit consent, for security or abuse investigations, to comply with the law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized. You can disconnect Google access at any time from Settings → Integrations, which revokes ottoBrand’s access to your Google account.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Account deletion removes your personal data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
